A membership organization dedicated to bringing you, our employee members, the greatest variety in savings and workplace benefits and in providing services to the human resources and benefits professionals we work with. Once your company joins, you (and your immediate family) are members and you can begin enjoying better benefits.

We are a tax-exempt charitable organization. Thee mission of my Better Benefits is "to work in partnership with member organizations to create a more informed and caring workforce - one aware and invigorated by a deeper understanding of resources available to employees and the community at large." Donations made to mBB go to support activities supporting underprivileged children within the communities we serve.

All total, there are more than 3,500 different savings opportunities and the numbers continue to grow. Our members enjoy one of the largest programs of its kind in the nation and the largest in the Northeast and North Atlantic states.
