What:
A behind the scenes
tour, picnic dinner, and Red Wings Ball game with
fellow mBB members (and their families).
We'll begin with an inside and out tour of Frontier
Field - the press box, luxury suites, dugouts, etc.
- followed by a complete, all-you-can-eat picnic
style dinner provided by the Rochester Red Wings and
Frontier Field in one of the park's pavilions (The
Nest in Right Field). Beginning at 7:05, the
Rochester Red Wings take on the Columbus Clippers
(Cleveland Indians farm team) in a spectacular
evening game.
When & Where:
Tuesday,
August 8, beginning at 4:45 pm at
the front gates of Frontier
Field.

Adults, $25.50.
That includes the tour, picnic meal, and a ticket
to the baseball game.

Children ages 4 - 12, the price is
just $16.50.
Children 3 and under are free if they
sit on their parent's lap. Otherwise, seating will
be $7.00 (no charge for food for the little tykes).
If you already have
seats (or
if you wish to purchase seats in a different section
yourself), you
may purchase a ticket for the tour and meal for
$7.00 per person less than the price above -just $18.50 for
adults or $9.50 for
children. This option is on the
registration/payment button you see on the right.
We may still be able to have
you register and attend this event. Do
double-check with us first to make sure we can still
add you after the 1st of August.
4:45
PM Behind the Seams Tour of
Frontier Field including a tour of the luxury boxes,
the dugouts, etc. (sorry, we're typically not able
to view the locker rooms as players are dressing at
this time). If
your work schedule does not permit you to be there
for the start of this tour, we suggest you
reconsider attending this event.
5:40 to 6:00
PM After the tour ends, hang
out in the area behind right field and watch the
Wings and their pitching staff warm up.
At the present time,
there are no promotions scheduled for August 8.
After the tour, whenever there is a
promotion, we may be asked by the Wings to exit the
stadium and re-enter when the gates reopen
if you wish to obtain a promotion. Promotions are
subject to change and the previously scheduled
promotional event may or may not take place. Those
of you not wishing to obtain an
autograph/promotional giveaway may stay in The Nest
until dinner is served at 6. The Wings apologize in
advance for any inconvenience.

PM All
you can eat MVP picnic dinner in The Nest featuring
(new menu in 2017):
- Red Osier Roast Beef Sliders
with Au Jus
- Big Red BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders
- Grilled Italian Sausage with
Peppers and Onions
- Char-grilled Zweigle's hot dogs

Dinner is served beginning at
6 PM
and right up until the game starts at 7:05.

The Wings have set
aside seating for us in section
202, Rows A - J (1st base side). See a stadium seating chart here.
If you wish, you may upgrade your seating to Upper
Box or Premium seating on game day.

Who should attend:
All
mBB members, representatives, and their families and
friends are invited to attend this informational and
social networking activity. You do NOT need to be a
member of mBB to attend this event.
Reservations
are required and payment must be made at the time of
registration. Register
online below. If you have questions, please contact
the mBB office directly at 585-713-3370 or e-mail
us.
To expedite
registration, we are asking for all payments to be
made by credit card. Click on
the button or link above to pay online (the info.
collected online will be your registration).
Payments are refundable in full through Monday,
July 31 but no registrations may be refunded after that
date. Registrations will be accepted up until
the end of the day July 31. After that point, we may be
able to accommodate late comers but only on a space
available basis (please check with us first before
paying).
This mBB Speaker Bureau event is sponsored by the
Rochester Red Wings and with the assent of the mBB
Board.
The above registration
and payment confirms your attendance.
Payment is due to the Wings in advance.
Consequently, cancellations received prior to the
end of the business day on July 31 are refundable in
full. Cancellations received on or after the close
of business on July 31 are not
refundable for any reason as we must pre-pay
the Wings for tickets and food.
We may be able to take reservations after one week
prior to the event's start on a space available
basis. In the event of a late registration, we will
notify you of availability once you register but
please note, your
registration is confirmation of your attendance and
payment is due at that time.
RAIN Policy
In the event of
a rainout, the tour and meal will take place as
scheduled. If the Wings are not able to play, they
will issue rain checks for a future date. There are
no refunds due to a rain out. Sorry, that's the
Wing's policy.
